The apartment has a spacious living/dining room, a full kitchen with all appliances and a comfortable balcony overlooking the front of the building. There are rooms with washers and dryers on each floor and a mini market where they also serve a variety of hot and cold foods and drinks.

This unit is perfect for up to 6 people, there are 3 double beds. We also have a crib and air mattress if needed. The large walk-in closet is perfect for your suitcases and other items.

This apartment is super complete with everything you need to spend an unforgettable vacation. Want more? The building has a large swimming pool and from there you have access to the quiet beaches (you don't need to cross the avenue to get to the beach). You can also use the gym and walk in the gardens.

The building is located IN FRONT of the sea! But it is also minutes away from excellent restaurants, supermarkets and much more. The closest well-known and chic shopping center is the Aventura Mall.
